Fostering a spirit of reliability and a framework driven by integrity, we focus on the classes of the economy that have little or no trust in the financial system of the country. Our aim is to reinforce their belief in the country’s financial system by being a bankable organisation, as we have been for the past years. The Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board consists of three or more directors. Out of these, at least one director shall be an independent director and head the committee.
